Warehouse 13 Christmas Episode a "Wonderful Life" Experience
Television Review: Warehouse 13, "The Greatest Gift"
by R.J. Carter
Published: December 5, 2011

Myka is a loner, Claudia is in an asylum, Artie is in prison, and James MacPherson is in charge of Warehouse 13 -- and it's all because Agent Pete Lattimer has never been born.

When Pete gets tapped for securing the warehouse during the Christmas holiday (after securing Rudolph's nose), his mishap in the Aisle of Noel results in his being erased from history. To get back, he's going to need the help of all his friends. But since Pete wasn't there to help get the Bloodstone (way back at the beginning of it all), the team doesn't exist. The mission was a failure, from beginning to end, resulting in Myka arresting Artie for the attempted assassination of the President, and Claudia remaining locked away and considered insane for her story of her brother's mysterious artifact-related disappearance. It will be no easy feat to convince them all that he's telling the truth -- and to stop MacPherson from selling artifacts out of the warehouse!

Warehouse 13 continues to put a fun twist on history, creatively inventing powerful objects that grew out of iconic, world-altering events of popular culture. "The Greatest Gift" Christmas episode gives longtime fans a chance to re-live the creation of the group with an alternative origin.

Warehouse 13, "The Greatest Gift" is part of Syfy's Christmas week, and airs Tuesday, December 6, at 9pm ET|PT, after Eureka.
