The Amazing Race Six just finished up, but CBS is keeping viewers on their toes by announcing the teams for season seven. This time it should be easier to keep track of who's who since there aren't any models.

Brian and Greg are brothers from Santa Monica, California. Brian is a bartender and Greg is a bouncer. What are the odds that they work at the same club?

Best friends Debbie and Bianca have both lived abroad. But I doubt they lived in Africa or India, so their travels amount to nothing.

Boyfriends Lynn and Alex are both executive assistants. How cute. And yes, Lynn is a man. As for Alex, he hasn't told his father about his sexual orientation, but I'm willing to bet he knows now.

Megan and Heidi are roommates. Megan is a fashion designer while Heidi is a stay-at-home mom. So I guess that means there is a child living there too. Maybe the two are closet lesbians? In any case, they dressed alike for their bio pic and now look like sisters. Something weird is definitely going on here.

Meredith and Gretchen are this season's old couple. I didn't know Meredith could be a boy's name. Huh, you learn something everyday.

Ray is a 44-year-old stockbroker. Deana is a 27-year-old marketing and promotions executive. Their bio says they're an on and off dating couple, but I think he's just going for the trophy wife.

By now we've all heard about Rob and Amber from Survivor. I don't think I need to say anything more than that Boston Rob and Ambuh are going to win it all!

Ron is a former Iraq POW. Kelly is a former Miss South Carolina. The pair are a dating couple, but I'm going to call them Patriots.

Ryan is a general contractor. Chuck is a boiler tube replacement salesman. These blue-collar best buds have my support.

Susan and Patrick are the Race's first mother/son team. She's a director for judicial affairs. He's gay and a college drop-out, though he states he's a writer. But that really means he's just unemployed. I'm a writer too, but I list my real title on information forms. But, that's because I finished school.

Finally, married couple Uchenna and Joyce are going to be a very tense team. He worked for Enron, she worked for Worldcom -- both bankrupt companies with highly publicized scandals. Also, they've tried to have kids, but so far have been unsuccessful. Hopefully the Race will smooth things out.

I think Rob and Amber are going to be tough competitors, though everyone else will be out to get them. Otherwise, I think the roommates will be hard to beat. And I don't know why, but I'm pulling for those big best buds Ryan and Chuck.

See you on March 1st.
